#RINGMASTERSOURDOUGH - I began my sourdough journey in January of 2021 during the 6th week of the Artist’s Way. The first sentence said “bake something.” By this time of the quarantine, I had already picked up guitar, started an urban garden, started a giant worm compost in my back yard, and I custom designed and built adjustable pipe shelves where I cored out set-screw couplings. I had done so much already and I had put off learning to bake sourdough because so many of my friends from my hospitality days were trying their hand at baking and I refused.
But who am I to question the Artist’s Way, so my sourdough journey began.
It changed my life and led me down a path of pro-biotic living.
I’m not saying my bread is better than anyone elses, but I am incredibly good at a specific style of bread and I hope to share it with you some day.
